Hey K-Team. This post is to list potential library websites we might want to use for redesign inspiration. All screenshots will link back to the original page so you can check them out for yourself.

University of Houston has a tabbed search box (which we may be trying to get away from) but their list of services below that may be a helpful example for us.

University of Idaho has a gallery (which can be rotated) below the main window.

Mississippi State University separates its services for various audiences. Each link seems to link to a libguide for that audience.

The University of Delaware uses an interesting icon-based design:

University of Nebraska. Gorgeous! May not be something we can copy (thanks to the dropdown list up top) but I like the links to Academic Search/Catalog/Google Scholar (!).

College of William and Mary. Their dropdown menu up top looks like the same general categories as the boxes below the search box.

UNC Chapel Hill. Great looking page. They have the search box up top (which we may be moving away from) but the main interest for us would be the three boxes below. They aren’t dropdown.

University of Michigan. NOT a terribly attractive page, BUT their quick links (with catalog on top?)/frequently used databases could be something for us to consider.
